The private garden, St. Agnes castle | ||||
| ||||
A very private little garden, hidden in front of the ruins of the 9th-century chateau perched above the village of Sainte-Agnès. According to legend, the chateau-fort was built by Saracen Prince Haroun, who had fallen in love with a young Provençal girl. The chateau was restored in 1502, but is today in ruins.
