April 16, 2004: Tsubo

I was invited along to a London fashion photo shoot for the funky shoe brand Tsubo. It was really interesting and fun!

This model was waiting for a shot to happen and I took this photo handheld at shutter 1/4s. A London black cab zooming past in the background.

[Canon EOS 10D, lens Sigma 20-40mm @ 20.0mm, shutter 1/4 sec, aperture f/2.8, ISO 400]

Wow, very nice! I love the colors in that pic, sort of an orangey warm wash. Any post-processing done?

Arcterex - just a tiny colour adjustment in Photoshop elements to reduce the heavy tungsten yellowness from the Oxford street street-lamps. Nothing major. Thanks for your comment :-)

I agree, it's a really excellent photo. You must have really steady hands! Did you use a flash?

Thanks, alkam. Purely steady handheld, no flash on this one...
